Job Description

Summary:

Our client is looking for a passionate and ambitious mobile iOS Developer to develop and maintain mobile applications. As an iOS Developer, you will be involved in the full systems development lifecycle of the proposed solution. You will also analyze performance of applications and troubleshoot problems. This project is on-site in Boston, MA.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Work alone or with a team to implement, test, and deliver native iOS apps.
• Review code for adherence to standards and methodologies.
• Write, test, and debug critical segments of the product code as well as unified testing of the finished products.
• Analyze system/software performance.
• Learn and apply new technologies. Analyze software solutions based on customer requirements and suggest the best solution.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in iOS native mobile development
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing native iOS applications
• Must know Swift
• Experience in Client facing roles while developing applications to gather, refine requirements, and while supporting deployments
• Demonstrable portfolio of iOS and iOS-related apps

Desired Skills:

• Good project management and communications skills with the ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects of lead small project teams.
• Strong background in Objective C and Swift
• Demonstrated knowledge of major frameworks (Cocoa Touch, Core Services, and Core OS)
• Ability to work independently with a team and self-manage work
• Experience developing firmware for commercial iOS devices
