Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant


Our clients are looking for a hardworking Service Cloud Consultant. As a Service Cloud Consultant, you will contribute to different phases of the consulting cycle. You will define the problem and create a solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. You will also guide teams on project processes. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic thinker, that understands and can bring together the end to end healthcare concepts that result in improved member experiences
  • Concise documentation of decisions, workflows, controls points, and business processes as reference to support approved project scope
  • Works across all program teams to track business readiness status, identify risks and issues for escalation and determine readiness for implementation
  • Develops regular executive reporting to demonstrate progress on business readiness
  • Collaboratively works across teams to obtain agreement from all impacted parties
  • Identifies process gaps and opportunities for optimization across the program
  • Supports the implementation of Agile methodology, identifying opportunities to advance Agile principles at the team and program level

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with Service Cloud
  • 5+ years of Salesforce technology experience
  • Relevant experience
  • Experience with execution of projects using Agile / SAFe methodology
  • Experience in campaign management required

Desired Skills:
  • Prior telecommunications experience
  • Exceptionally collaborative, flexible and adaptable
  • At least 2+ years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes 
  • Strong Analytical and Communication skills
