Salesforce Community Business Analyst


Our clients are looking for a passionate Salesforce Community Business Analyst. As a Community Business Analyst, you will assess process impact in short and long term. You will also provide “To Be” recommendations for short term/ long term processes. You will re-engineer key processes and capabilities and maps to future-state vision. You will work closely with Business SMEs and technical development / delivery team ensuring that needed business capabilities are met by the most efficient, effective use of IT processes, technology and data management.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Understanding support/ services business process, ability to analyze the requirements and convert them in functional analysis documents
  • Defining and leading overall business capabilities planning and design in support of the business strategy, regardless of where it is found or what the solution may be, with a primary focus on technology
  • Delivering measurable business process improvements through these engagements: What skills, experience and education you need as a team member to succeed
  • Understand potential business requirements for reporting in operations and analytical area
  • Support the sales team in new business activities, as needed
  • Work on assigned key initiatives, including new service offerings, profitability analysis, tool assessments, marketing initiatives, etc.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years experience developing within Salesforce
  • Relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Community Cloud
  • Hands on Salesforce Business Analyst / Administrator experience

Desired Skills:
  • Prior telecommunications experience
  • Communication skills, both client-facing and internal
  • Proficient Excel user; or proficient user of other data analysis tools
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Exceptionally collaborative, flexible and adaptable
  • Working understanding of Apex and Visualforce is a plus
