Our client has a rapidly growing team and is looking to add a Recruiting Coordinator. As part of recruiting team, this new role will begin by owning our clients candidate sourcing and quickly grow into helping support the entire candidate lifecycle. Initially, the role will provide targeted research to locate and source candidates for all of our positions. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, a high level of detail orientation and excellent organizational skills. Over time, the Recruiting Coordinator will provide full logistics support for the interview process including scheduling interviews and complex calendar management. In addition, the Recruiting Coordinator will further support the hiring process by tracking recruiting-related metrics in the applicant tracking system and helping prepare recruiting-related materials for the executive management team.
