Job Description

Summary:

 

Our client is seeking a Recruiting Manager with experience in talent acquisition in the Salesforce Partner ecosystem. This role will manage the recruiting cycle from start to finish, build strong relationships with hiring managers, manage multiple job openings at various levels, and seek out qualified candidates that align with our core values. The Recruiting Manager should be able to leverage relationships and build new connections among individuals with Salesforce consulting experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of pitching and selling a variety of roles, thrive in a fast paced environment, and is up for any challenge!

 

 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Lead Recruiting Process, from candidate sourcing through start, with output of 3-7+ candidate hired per month
  • Build a trusted partnership with Hiring Managers from the company's six Competency Groups
  • Leverage preexisting and build new relationships within Salesforce Partner Ecosystem, focused on the target of building robust pipelines of experienced Salesforce consultants
  • Master two recruiting strategies, namely Referral based recruiting where Salesforce relationships are leveraged and Direct recruiting strategy where candidate pipelines are sourced and screened
  • Maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for easy access to candidate information, interview notes, scheduling and data analytics reports
  • Be an ambassador for our employment brand
  • Evangelize our Employee Referral Program
  • Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

 

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years experience recruiting for a Salesforce Systems Integrator (SI)
  • Proven experience in recruiting 3-7 new hires per month in growing organization
  • Experience updating and managing candidates with ATS tool
  • Analytical problem solving capabilities, with demonstrated ability to solve complex issues alone and within a team

 

Desired Skills:
  • Strong communications skills and presence, necessary for collaborating with internal Recruiting team, Hiring Managers from Competency Groups, and candidates
  • Strong grasp of research and sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Extensive experience in compensation negotiation
  • Proactive mindset with a hard-working and attention to detail personality
