Salesforce Support Lead


We are seeking a Salesforce Support Lead with 4-5 Years of Salesforce development experience and overall experience of 6-7 Years in a support Lead role requiring hands on application support and leading an onsite-offshore team for support and enhancements. This position will require you to perform a combination of BA and developer roles to provide overall support and work independently to triage, own and deliver on support incidents. You will be required to work with End Users, Business Analysts, Senior Consultants and Project Managers on support and project enhancements. You will be required to provide reporting for self and overall team on daily/weekly/monthly basis. Seeking a Senior person with broad knowledge of custom application development, required to perform customization of CRM applications.

This role is on-site every day in Plainsboro Township, NJ.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Candidate should have working experience as Salesforce developer providing customization, development, enhancement and support for CRM Applications.
  • Must have at least 4-5 Years of SFDC development experience and overall experience of 6-7 years.
  • Hands on experience on writing business requirements, development, customization, testing and training.
  • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application.
  • Should have hands on development experience with Apex, Visual Force pages design, Triggers etc.
  • Should have hands on development experience with Service cloud platform and also work on service cloud CRM implementation.
  • Should have thorough understanding of configuration options.
  • Excellent Communication with Customer and Client.


Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce service cloud platform. 2 years in a Sr.Dev or Lead role
  • Experience leading junior developers.
  • Willingness to interact with clients on a regular basis.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and self-accountability
  • A bachelor's degree
  • Salesforce Certifications:

               Salesforce Platform Developer I

               Salesforce Platform Developer II

               Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant

  • Any other certification is an additional advantage.
