Salesforce Tech Lead with Veeva CRM


Our client is looking for an ambitious Salesforce Technical Lead with Veeva experience who can take their company to another level. As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will bring your innovative spirit in assisting clients and will tap into your Salesforce development skills and be part of an elite development team, creating custom interfaces with Visualforce, custom logic with Apex, and system integrations via web services and middleware solutions. You will perform the build activities to deliver a solution from the design stage to a functional application.

This contract position is on-site in Thousand Oaks, CA. Candidates must be local to Thousand Oaks/Los Angeles area or willing to relocate.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Have thorough understanding of salesforce configuration components and security components(Sharing rules, Profiles, SSO)
  • Handle Requirement understanding call with business and suggesting best solution considering all possibilities and impact
  • Troubleshoots application issues and guide team the best approach for problem solving.
  • Handle client calls for requirement understanding and follow ups on progress
  • iEngage weekly report creation and presentation
  • Makes sure of perfect(with minimal glitch) delivery in terms of both build and required documentation. Profound review of deliverable.)
  • Coordination with offshore team to ensure no understanding gap and delivery tracking

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field preferred, with a High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years experience developing within Salesforce
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
  • Have very strong knowledge in Veeva CRM- CLM/Approved email module
  • Must possess extensive Veeva CRM hands on experience
  • Clear insight of Salesforce platform best practices, coding and design guidelines and governor limits
  • Strong proficiency in writing Apex code and triggers, VisualForce pages & components, SOQL, SOSL, etc.

Desired Skills:

  • Development experience in UI technologies like Bootstrap, Lightning Design System (LDS), Lightning Components Development, AngularJS, jQuery, JavaScript would be a plus.
  • Strong preference for candidates who are certified in the following areas – Certified Platform Developer II.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a creative, Agile environment and manage agile task assignments
