Welcome to the Lightning Experience, the latest user experience from Salesforce. Influenced by the growing popularity of mobile, Lightning takes a sales-centric mindset and provides the user with an intuitive, intelligent interface from the mobile experience bringing it to the desktop.

This online class is delivered by a live instructor and is specifically designed to teach sales people the basics of Salesforce Lightning. This class is an alternative to the Sales Cloud Training for Sales Reps Using Lightning (SLX101) offered by Salesforce. 

The instructor will focus on the key pages in Lightning optimized for sales use. The focus will be on the features of Lightning that help sales reps focus on the right deals and the right activities. 

A student in this class will learn the basics of managing leads, accounts, contacts and opportunities in the Lightning experience. In addition, the instructor will show students the basics of activity management and how to utilize Lightning's flexible, interactive tools to visualize data, run reports and build a plan to win. Finally, the student will learn how to leverage these tools and understand how they seamlessly translate to the Salesforce Mobile App.

Each student will be given a practice learning environment to participate in hands-on exercises during the class. The student will be able to use that learning environment indefinitely after the class without any additional fee.
