Stony Point Announces Public End User Training Classes

LONGWOOD, FL – December 7, 2011 -- Stony Point, LLC (www.stonyp.com), a leader in Salesforce training, today announced that it has developed a series of online, end user training classes for Salesforce designed for sales, customer service and marketing personnel.  

The classes will feature a live instructor who will lead the students through a series of exercises designed to reinforce the concepts presented in the class.  Each class will be 6 hours in length and students will participate virtually.  Students will receive a training environment provided free of charge by salesforce.com and students may also purchase an optional workbook for each class on Amazon.com, Createspace.com and other outlets.  Classes registration fees will range from $300 - $500 per participant, depending on the level of the class.

Initially, Stony Point will be offering seven distinct classes.  There will be three sales classes and two each for marketing and customer service.  The classes being offered are: Introduction to Salesforce for Sales, Introduction to Salesforce for Marketing, Introduction to Salesforce for Customer Service, Salesforce Power User for Sales, Salesforce Power User for Marketing, Salesforce Power User for Customer Service and Salesforce Super User for Sales.
